to the loss of any keys or remote control.
12.Tenant is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer
without written permission from the Landlord.
13.Tenant agrees to submit post-dated cheque for the term

End of Lease:
14.At the end of the term rented, the unit must be returned
in the same condition as when rented this includes all
inclusions of the unit, as well as the general condition of
the unit.
15.If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the
tenant MUST honor ALL visit requests for all prospective
tenants, for which 24-48 hours notice will be given. The
same applies to
visits from prospective buyers in case the condo goes for
